Dark Woke is the political stance that eschews political & social correctness to stare the dark & ugly truth about the nature of some types of people & of US culture in the face; and to propose seemingly “radical” policies to address these grotesque flaws that undermine human flourishing & happiness.

Democracy undermines good leadership. Replace voting with a rigorous, merit based selection program.

Choose your own tax distribution. Partial mandatory areas such as infrastructure, and partial self-selected where you want your tax dollars to go.

BAN RELIGION FROM GOVERNMENT
Religion has no place in the governance of a nation. Ban all religious believers from holding public office.

As a solution to the automation of the labor force, establish a parallel economy for those left behind.

MICRO-CAPITALISM
As part of the parallel economy, funnel more resources into the establishment of more home-based micro-businesses.

MICRO-VILLAGES
To lower living costs and promote parallel economies, establish self-sufficient micro villages.
SOCIAL SAFETY NET

UNIVERSAL BASIC NECESSITIES
Replace the sprawling, fractured, inefficient social safety net programs with a single Universal Basic Necessities Program that includes; housing, food, clothing, utilities, transportation, education, healthcare, and employment.

SOCIALIZED NECESSITIES
As part of the parallel economy, establish socialized basic necessities for micro-villages. Housing, farmland, utilities, transportation, should belong to, & be managed by the community.

LIVE/WORK/PLAY
To reduce overall expenses for the program and those in the program, concentrate the UBN provisions within micro-villages; homes, schools, businesses, healthcare centers, etc.
CRIMINAL JUSTICE

CODIFIED PUNISHMENTS
Exact same punishment for every single person found guilty of the same crime. No more jury or judge determined punishments.

BLIND TRIALS
The race, gender, or any other identifying information should be included in a trial. The only way to achieve blind justice is with blind trials in which the defendant is unknown to the court.

NO JURY TRIALS
The average person is in now way qualified to determine the guilt of another person. Guilt should be determined by evidence alone. Cancel jury trials.

AI JUDGES
The only way to eliminate judge bias is to replace human judges with AI judges.

HARD EVIDENCE ONLY
No more guilt via circumstantial evidence. Guilt can only be proven with hard, incontrovertible evidence such as video.

NON-VIOLENT REHABILITATION
Prison sentences should only be for violent offenders. Better to have non-violent offenders repay their debt to society through community service.
LEGISLATION

NO LEGISLATING MORALITY
Morality should never be legislated in a free country beyond what is required to maintain a civilized society & uphold the Social Contract.

EVIDENCE BASED LAWS
All laws should be evidence-based. Ban laws based on feelings, beliefs, individual morality, religion, or preferences.

NEW LAWS RARE
New laws should only arise when something transformative or unique has occurred in society which requires legislating for the public good.
BORDER

CLEAN ENERGY CORRIDOR
Replace the border wall with a clean energy production corridor that stretches the entire southern border & includes the production of wind, hydro, thermal, solar, & biomass energy.

NEW BORDER TOWN
Establish a series of new border towns along the full length of the Southern border to work at & manage the clean energy corridor. The towns can be a landing place for immigrants.

COOPERATION WITH MEXICO
Extend the clean energy corridor to encompass the Mexican side of the border as well to include more border towns for migrating peoples.
POLITICAL DIVISION

REINSTATE FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION
Allow for businesses to refuse service to anyone for any reason. The caveat is that it must be displayed on their business advertising that they refuse certain types of people.

SEGREGATION
Re-establish sun down towns where whites who don’t want to live in a civilized multi-cultural society can be secluded.

WHITE ETHNO STATE
Choose a single state & give it to the white supremacists to create their own ethno-state. The caveat that they have to leave the rest of the US alone.
